At Mirror On The Wall, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, Mirror On The Wall does not accept change-of-mind returns. Beauty and personal care items cannot be resold once opened, in line with hygiene and safety standards.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 48 hours from delivery to contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

If your return is approved, we'll provide you with return instructions and the address of our designated returns warehouse. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or dispatched.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.mirroronthewall@gmail.com, including photographs where possible. We'll review your claim and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened, used, or unsealed beauty and personal care products.
- Custom or personalised products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
